What is Aurum Craft?

Aurum Craft is a platform dedicated to promoting local artisans by offering handcrafted jewelry that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern market trends.

Do you offer custom jewelry designs?

Yes! We provide custom jewelry options. You can share your design ideas with us, and our artisans will craft a unique piece just for you.

How can I place an order?

• Browse our collection and select your favorite pieces.
• Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Provide your shipping details and payment information.
• Confirm your order, and we’ll handle the rest!

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – limited to orders under Rs. 3,999

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping, but customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 4-7 business days (excluding public holidays). However, international shipping may take longer based on location.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you via email if your order is affected.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.

To request a return, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days after approval.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Products without original packaging.
• Sale items or custom-made orders.

Do you offer refunds?

We encourage exchanges over refunds due to shipping costs. However, eligible refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. COD orders are refunded as store credit.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched. Instead of a refund, we offer store credit valid for 2 months.

How does AURUM Craft support local artists?

We donate 10% of our monthly profits to local artisans, helping them sustain and grow their craft. Every purchase directly supports skilled artisans and their families.
